Vintage The Shamrock Houston TX Bronze Brass? Cowboy Ashtray Horse Bronco Rare

This auction is for this vintage ashtray that has a badge on it that says The Shamrock Houston Texas. I can't find another one- but I think it was made for the original Shamrock Hotel in Texas. That hotel was started in 1949. It was later sold to The Hilton Corp., and any souvenirs from that time period says Hilton Shamrock. I think it is bronze?? or brass? but I'm not sure. This cowboy ashtray is 4 1/4 inches tall and 3 1/2 inches wide- please see all photos. Thanks for looking~~
