Important Note:
This is being sold by someone who didn't even know there was such a thing as a "Baritone" or "Euphonium" Horn.  So, enough said on that in regards to my knowledge of this instrument.
Description:
For Sale is a
Vintage
CONN Elkhart
3-Valve Brass Baritone Horn
which by the Serial# I "Believe" is from
1968.
The Serial# is
L 61090.
I have not been able to find that EXACT number.  After searching many Conn Serial Number sites, I only found one that even mentioned the Prefix "L" and it said 1968.   The bell is engraved
"CONN Elkhart, Ind."
.  Included is a old hard case that I found it in.  This horn I found in a partial estate I purchased.  So, there is no original owner for me to contact and gather information about it.   The mouthpiece included with it is stamped "12C" and measures 1.5" Wide.  The horn itself has a bell that is 11" wide.  Its overall length is approximately 30.5".  Its weight is 6.4lbs.   As for the case, it looks junky from the outside but it is hard and has no cracks/holes at least.  It is clean inside and out.   I had no more room for a photo of it.  Please request if important.  I am sure my photos will best further describe this item.
Condition:
On a scale of 1 - 10 (Ten being New in Package Only), I can confidently grade this item's condition to be a
solid 6.
This grading should be taken very lightly due to my extreme lack of knowledge on this instrument.  It is based solely on visual appearance.
First, It is
No Less than 85% Immaculate.
I don't sell dirty items.  I would estimate that No Less than 70% of it is sporadically dented/dinged but nothing VERY extreme at all.  The three valves seem to work problem free.  The mouthpiece inserts with no issues.
There are Absolutely ZERO Cracks/Holes.  All cross support bars are tight and secure.  Nothing is loose.
All wear appears to be purely visual such as sporadic loss of finish and dents/dings.   It does indeed play as much as I can tell by simply testing it as a inexperienced horn player.  My photos are an accurate depiction of this item's
