VINTAGE COMPOSITION CLOTH BODY DOLL 1890s+ NEEDS TLC SLEEP EYES WORK ESTATE 17"

Description

This auction is for a vintage composition and cloth body doll.  The head, arms & legs are composition.  It is in fair to good overall condition.  Needs some TLC.  It's from an estate I'm working on.  I am selling several of her dolls.  These belonged to her mom.  So she estimates they are 1890s ish.  This one has sleep eyes that are working.  The eyes are a bit scuffed but still look pretty good.  One leg needs to be reattached the other is still hanging in there.  They were sewn and tightened this one has just come unstitched.  There is some composition deterioration but NOT a HUGE amount.  See all photos and use zoom for closer look.   She is approx. 17 inches tall.
