Offered here is a
BRASS DESKTOP THERMOMETER.
It has an interesting circular shape with a unique pineapple finial on top.  From bottom to top of finial is about 3" tall.  It carries the International Brass
Giftwares label from The International Silver Company.  It is in good used condition with a few scuffs and marks, and a small area along the bottom edge where the surface lacquer is gone (see 2nd photo).
It was difficult to take good photos because of reflections no matter how the photo was taken.
I gave up my office when I retired about ten years ago, so this desktop thermometer has spent recent years stored away.  Now, however, my wife and I are well up in our 70s and we are downsizing.  That means many of our collectibles are being offered on ebay for others to appreciate. This vintage Brass Desktop Thermometer is being sold with these guidelines:
