A wonderful badge  the gold lettering is barely able to be read on the blue ribbon  it was a parade in Somerville and I see the initials  of somerville fire department I do see September 20, 1917And the SSFD capitalized I think it says annual parade has a great picture of the historic Somerset County Courthouse of Somerville New Jersey and the back cardboard as a clear picture of the sommer button manufacturing company building Newark  NJ major button printing company
