Use this four-section base for weighing down 9 ft. or 10 ft. diameter cantilever/offset style umbrellas with a cross-bar base design stand. Constructed of durable, weather-resistant HDPE material, each section features an easy to fill spout and convenient carry handle. Sections can be filled with either water or sand. Steel gray color.
