    Description

    Master Fluid Solutions TRIM E206 Water Soluble Cutting & Grinding Fluid. For Gear Hobbing, Heavy-Duty Broaching, High Speed Turning. Cutting and grinding fluids are used for cooling and lubricating when material is being removed with an abrasive wheel or belt during rotational operations. Water soluble fluids blend oil with emulsifiers and additives to create an oil-based coolant to be diluted with water. These fluids provide excellent lubricity and an increased cooling ability over straight oils.
    All TRIM emulsions are operator safe while delivering excellent machinability on a wide range of materials.  They protect the machine tool surfaces and prevent sticky ways, chucks, toolholders, and fixtures.  TRIM E206 Long-Life Emulsion contains a proven EP additive to improve tool performance and its fine emulsion particle size reduces carry-off to get fluid to point of cut.
