    You are buying a new old stock heavy duty Redco Rim that is for a 10.00x15 or 10.00R15 tire. Part number 1115-215, it is just the base and no lock ring.  It was used on military and civilian trailers, and forklifts.  It has surface rust ,warehouse crud on it, some cosmetic damage.  Sold "as is".  Shipping is 45 pounds by UPS at buyer's expense.
