Item Description
This trailer wheel is hot-dipped galvanized and is made for marine trailers hauling boats or PWCs usually. These are 13 in. x 4.5 inches with a Bolt circle of 5 on 4 1/2". Will fit 13 inch tires, like the 175/80d13 and the 175/80r13. These wheels are commonly seen on single and tandem axle boat or jet ski trailers.

On Tire Balancing:
It is
not
recommended to get trailer wheels balanced. Especially galvanized trailer wheels. Wheel balancing is for ride comfort and does not affect pull or haul performance at all. Most wheel balancers will use what's called a hub-centric balancing machine, which is great for passenger / car tires but does not work with trailer tires. You need a specialty machine that balances lug-centrically and even then you would only really want trailer tires balanced if they are being used on RVs and campers.
Galvanized wheels are especially tricky to balance because of the galvanizing method used on them. These wheels are dipped into molten zinc, which cools and hardens as it drips off the tire. This leaves a very protective - if uneven - coating, which makes them hard to balance even with a specialty lug-centric machine. Balance at your own discretion.
