SHIPPING AND RETURNS
Shipping
Orders are shipped in the order in which they are received.  An order is considered complete once all information for the order is received.
Orders will be shipped via UPS or USPS.  We reserve the right to choose the shipping carrier for each order. Tracking numbers will be provided on all orders.
All orders receive email confirmation of shipment and are updated on the Order Status page.
We only ship to the continental US. NO SHIPMENTS TO PUERTO RICO.

Returns & Exchanges
All returns require a RMA number. Please call or email Recoil Gunworks before returning any items. Items without a valid RMA number will not be accepted.  Returns must be unopened and in original packaging to receive return credit.
Returns or Exchanges must be arranged within
10 days
of receipt.  Any return or exchange initiated after 10 days will not be accepted.
