Open box. Tested, starts up, motor works but has not been installed to fully test. I am not sure how its supposed to work or installed and there is NO MANUAL or installation instructions included. Also, upon close inspection of the plastic part that dispenses water it seems like
a plastic cover piece is missing from one of the ends of the hoses.
I am not sure, but in my opinion there should be a cover on both sides and only one side has it. Please see close-up pictures of the actual item you will receive. The part is shown on several pics.
