This is a heavy duty solid plastic toilet seat for residential use. This seat will have many years of use. It is our suggestion to always follow manufactures suggested cleaning methods to maintain the seat’s color because some cleaners may change the seat color or damage the seat.

SHIPPING - DOMESTIC:
Buyer to pay shipping & handling costs UPS or USPS or FedEx.  Shipping service is determined by supplier warehouse.  Shipping cost is actual cost + handling + incurred eBay fees.
SHIPPING - INTERNATIONAL:
Shipping will be USPS Priority Mail International.  Please note that shipping time will be longer than domestic shipping time stated in listing as item must be shipped from our supplier to our warehouse for international shipping.  Shipping cost is calculated as actual shipping charge + incurred fees + handling charge.
COMBINED SHIPPING CHARGES:
Purchases from my other auctions may be combined to save on shipping costs, but all items must ship from the same warehouse to be eligible.  Please contact us for combined shipping costs and eligibility before purchase.
SHIPPING LEAD TIME:
This item is a special order item shipping directly from our supplier. DPF Plumbing will process your order and submit to the manufacturer within 1 business day of receiving the order.  Orders generally ship within 2-4 business days and take approx. 7 days to reach destination.  Saturday, Sunday and holidays are not considered business days.  If item is back ordered, item will ship in approx. 10 days from order processing date.
DOMESTIC PURCHASES:
Payment must be received within 7 days of auction close. Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover or PayPal accepted.
INTERNATIONAL PURCHASES:
Payment to be made by PayPal.  Payment must be received within 7 days of auction close.
Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.
Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding/buying.
These charges are normally collected by the delivering freight (shipping) company or when you pick the item up – do not confuse them for additional shipping charges.
We do not mark merchandise values below value or mark items as "gifts" - US and International government regulations prohibit such behavior.
RETURN POLICY:
Exchanges can be made (for same or comparable item, if available) for damaged items.  Contact must be made within 30 days of receipt of item and item must be returned within 45 days of purchase or return will not be accepted.  This item may be returned for money back if in original packaging in undamaged, uninstalled condition.  Item may not have any wrench marks or show any signs of attempted installation.  Buyer is responsible for all shipping charges (both ways) and any fees that are incurred through ebay or paypal + 15% restocking charge.  Restocking and shipping charges hold for exchanges of incorrect color order.
