ANTIQUE 1920's BUCHERER SABA Mutt & Jeff Comic Strip Character

An antique, 1920's, metal ball jointed doll that was made in Switzerland by Bucherer.  This figure is " Jeff " from the comic strip " MUTT & JEFF ".   The head, hands, and feet, are all composition...the rest is metal.  He  measures approximately 6 1/2" tall and is in fair to good condition.  He is missing one foot (but the metal ball joint is sill there) and he has a chip on his left hand (see photo of metal ball joint and chip).  His felt clothes look original with some wear and tear.  Despite the flaws, this is a very rare Bucherer Jeff Figure to restore or use for parts.  He will make a very nice addition to any collection.  Being offered at a low starting bid and with no reserve.  We combine shipping whenever possible.
