This North American Spec. (“NAS”) 90 is in excellent condition, and most importantly is in original condition (save for the ARB front bumper). I’ve put 1,000 miles on the 90 in the last 45 days, and it is a pleasure to drive!
It’s a clean / no rust example that lived on the west coast (CA & WA) before I brought it to Montana.
A number of items have been upgraded and replaced recently, as follows:
-Brand new NRP stainless steel exhaust (,000 item)
-Brand new Trailhead 4x4 stainless steel oil cooler lines (0 installed)
-New windshield and OEM windscreen seal
-New Bluetooth stereo and speakers
-New Interstate battery Sept. 2020
-New coolant temp. sensor
-New air filter
-New fuel filter
-Rebuilt pitman arm ball joint
-New wing vents
-New license plate lamp assembly
-New spare tire (4 drive tires are like new)
-New (updated version) ignition cylinder (w/ 2 keys)
-Both front seats and the rear bench were recently recovered in OEM Exmoor material.
-The NAS roll cage is in perfect condition...no cracks or splits in the rubber.
-Top end of the engine was rebuilt and the clutch replaced 20k miles ago. The truck drives and shifts smooth, accelerates strong, and cruises at 75 no problem (although I don’t make a habit of driving any Defender that fast on a regular basis).
-The suspension is stock height / setup.
-The door bottoms and the footwells are clean (no rust).
-It has A/C that functions, but the Freon needs to be recharged. The top is always off, so I don't use the A/C 😉
