    Description

77 kz750 I picked up from a friend a few years back bone stock with just under 5000 miles and I decided to build the bike into a café racer. I don’t even know where to begin because I have countless hours into this bike, parts, and money. I started by replacing every seal and bearing on the bike top to bottom, the clutch was done, brakes were all gone through, calipers rebuilt, GSXR rear master, dime city front master, new Venhil braided lines and RBF660. I shaved the frame, shaved the front fork lowers and rebuild them with progressive springs and fresh seals, they were also powder coated. I chopped the rear section and hand built the tail. The shocks were also relocated a few degrees forward for a more progressive Feel. I built a electronics tray located just underneath the seat pan which I also handmade and had the seat upholstered to match the ox blood grips. This bike is extremely minimalistic, it is kickstart only running 4 cell lithium battery for lights located in tail. There are no gauges, no mirrors, no instruments whatsoever. This is a bare-bones bike built to become one with the road. The factory wheels are powder coated and new firestone tires installed. The tank was cream sealed. Two brand new Mikuni carburetors, tuned for pod filters. Dime city clip Ons with a Ohlins steering stabilizer. this bike is a blast to ride, it stops on a dime and it is a real ripper, it definitely turns heads and it has won a few shows and bike nights. The engine for the most part is untouched besides the new clutch, and electric starter removed. It is a little bit sweaty but that’s the way I like it and it gets ridden as much as possible. I hate to part with the bike but I am absolutely in no rush to sell and my hours are definitely reflected in the asking price, the bike is also for sale locally in Brewster New York. A nonrefundable deposit of 0 is due within 24 hours upon sale. Thank you
